In the summer of 2023, this New York financial company opened a Connecticut branch in the small town of Rowayton on the Connecticut coast. The space features views of the Five Mile River, which is studded with sail boats and marinas, so our team focused on bringing a nautical feel to our design.  The building itself also has a residential feel, so furnishing and materials were carefully selected to maintain that “resimercial” vibe.
