CSC Sugar

As one of the largest importers/exporters of refined sugar to and from North America, CSC Sugar was looking to renovate 10,000 square feet of space on the Saugatuck River in Westport, CT. Built in 2022, our design intention was modern, industrial black metal meets rich, dark wood. CSC’s wish list included the energetic vibe of a game room and fitness center, and of course, coffee! A well-appointed coffee bar was a priority, complete with built-in banquettes for enjoying the one-of-a-kind river views. A new balcony addition, right off the open pantry, is near completion – it features a folding glass wall that opens up to views of the Saugatuck River.
