Birch Bakehouse

Birch Bakehouse on Sound Beach Ave is the premier locally-owned, family-run bakery in Old Greenwich.  Birch contains a marketplace pantry as well as a full French-inspired bakery.  We incorporated old-world details into the aesthetic, featuring found antique tables and shelving, as well as live-edge wood sills and shelves.  Wood floors were juxtaposed with terrazzo tiles to create a timeless look, along with Calming colors to create a tranquil atmosphere that perfectly complements Birch’s aesthetic.
